Justyna Emrich

Justyna Emrich has extensive experience gained in renowned law firms in Warsaw, as well as in government and local administration.

She specializes particularly in real estate law, including spatial planning and construction law, as well as in reprivatization matters concerning so-called Warsaw land, nationalization, industrial property, agrarian reform, and property beyond the Bug River (mienie zabużańskie). Her expertise also includes expropriation of real estate, cases before regulatory commissions for churches and religious communities, housing law, housing community law, and land and mortgage register proceedings.

She has successfully led and participated in projects involving the regularization of legal status and transactions concerning high-value real estate located in central Warsaw.

Justyna has managed projects related to property acquisitions for local government entities and property disposals in cases concerning compensation determinations under the Real Estate Management Act and the valuation of properties acquired for public purposes, including road modernization projects.

She has also successfully represented clients in administrative, civil, and administrative court proceedings concerning the annulment of the legal effects of decrees and other legal acts related to the restitution of real estate and claims for compensation against the State Treasury.

She advises clients on all civil law and administrative law aspects related to spatial planning and the investment process.
