Attorney-at-law Jakub Szmelcer – expert in the Debt Collection Team.

He handles civil proceedings, particularly those related to debt recovery, including cases involving business entities.

As part of the New Technologies Department, he also provides comprehensive legal services to online platforms offering transport intermediation services.

He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and completed his attorney-at-law apprenticeship at the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
