Mateusz Panasiuk majored in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw and in Canon Law at the Faculty of Canon Law at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University. At our law office, he deals mostly with supporting a team which specialises in administrative law, with particular focus on construction law and spatial planning and development law. He also helps with administrative proceedings and court administrative proceedings, for example those concerning decisions on building conditions, construction permits, environmental approvals and other decisions related to construction projects, also in disputes heard by courts and other authorities.
He also supports a team that deals with the collection of our Clients’ dues. Before he started working with us, he was an apprentice at a Court Enforcement Office, where he became familiar with the practical aspects of enforcement. He also worked in a district court as a court clerk. He gained experience in law offices which deal with mass-scale consumer receivables. His professional interests include the law of commercial partnerships and companies, as well as broadly defined intellectual property law.
