Marta Piekarczyk is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team. She has many years of experience providing legal services to business entities and individuals, gained at some of the largest international law firms.
She advises clients from various sectors on a wide range of civil law matters and represents them before common courts, arbitration tribunals, and the Supreme Court. She specializes in civil disputes, particularly those concerning damages claims, protection of personal rights, and combating unfair competition. She also provides ongoing legal support to housing communities, cooperatives, property administrators, and property owners – both private and commercial.
Her professional interests also include medical law, with a particular focus on medical malpractice cases.
