Mariusz Sidor

Mariusz Sidor has many years of experience in providing legal support for investment and construction processes, gained through practice involving both advisory work for private investors and cooperation with public administration authorities.

He specialises in administrative law, with a particular focus on investment and construction processes, as well as environmental law.

He advises investors at all stages of the preparation and implementation of investment projects, from the preliminary assessment of the formal and legal conditions applicable to a planned investment, through the process of obtaining the required administrative decisions, to the completion of the investment and the commissioning of buildings for use.

In the area of environmental law, he supports investors in environmental impact assessment procedures, obtaining environmental decisions, integrated permits, and other environmental decisions and permits required for projects that may have a significant impact on the environment. He also advises on the compliance of planned projects with environmental law requirements, the identification and mitigation of environmental risks, and the performance of administrative obligations related to the use of the environment.

He has experience in representing investors, in particular developers carrying out single-family and multi-family residential projects, at all stages of the investment process, from legal due diligence of real estate and investment preparation, through obtaining environmental decisions and building permits, to appeal proceedings before public administration authorities and administrative courts.

He advises developers on all legal aspects related to infrastructure accompanying residential developments, including negotiating and reviewing agreements concerning participation in the costs of constructing public roads, agreements with utility network operators, and arrangements with local government units concerning the implementation of road and technical infrastructure.

He conducts administrative and administrative court proceedings concerning the obtaining, amendment, and annulment of administrative decisions issued in the course of investment processes, including, in particular, building permits, environmental decisions, and zoning decisions.
