Laura Bogucka-Bronisz

Laura Bogucka-Bronisz is a member of the Litigation Law Team.

She has been practicing as an attorney-at-law since 2015 and is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. She completed her attorney apprenticeship under the supervision of Professor Piotr Kruszyński, PhD, habil.

Laura is an expert in civil and commercial compensation proceedings, with extensive courtroom experience. She specializes in medical malpractice cases, representing clients in both civil and criminal proceedings.

She gained her professional experience in renowned law firms, where she conducted numerous court cases involving compensation and damages, also representing insurance companies, including one of the largest insurers in Poland. She provides legal advice in matters related to property damage and infringement of personal rights.

An important part of her professional practice involves family law cases, particularly divorces and maintenance disputes. She has extensive experience in negotiating and concluding settlements, both pre-trial and in-court, and holds mediator qualifications in civil, family, and commercial cases.
