Katarzyna Kosicka-Polak is a co-founder and Managing Partner at MKZPartnerzy. As a Attorney-at-Law, she specializes in providing strategic legal solutions tailored to the dynamic needs of businesses.

Co-founder of My Way Studio Sp. z o.o., a company producing feature and documentary films, and a board member of the Dr. Radzikowska Foundation, which supports patients with breast cancer or breast defects in their recovery and rehabilitation process.

An Approved Compliance Expert (ACE) and Approved Whistleblowing Officer (AWCO), after serving two terms as a judge at the District Disciplinary Court of the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Advisors, where she adjudicated in disciplinary cases of legal advisors for the past eight years — including the last four-year term as Vice-Chair of the Court — she has been appointed as a judge of the Higher Disciplinary Court at the National Chamber of Legal Advisors.

  • Advising the seller in an e-commerce market transaction involving the sale of 100% of shares in IT Fashion Polska Group & Partners (Moliera2.com) to Modern Commerce, with a transaction value of PLN 100 million.

  • Advising the seller in a media sector transaction in which Grupa Polsat Plus became the majority shareholder of companies owning the naEKRANIE.pl platform and 4FUN.TV, 4FUN KIDS, and 4FUN DANCE television channels.

• Leadership and management of due diligence teams conducting comprehensive audits of companies prior to their sale, including preparation for the transaction and legal risk management across sectors such as luxury goods, e-commerce, energy, photovoltaics, and real estate.

• Legal support at every stage of multimillion advertising campaigns.

• Legal assistance in investment processes involving some of Warsaw’s largest sports facilities.

• Legal support for the construction of residential estates in prestigious Warsaw locations.

• Legal advisory for Polish and international film productions, including collaboration with director Andrzej Wajda, and, following his death, active participation in promoting his legacy together with the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Center and a wide circle of film professionals in Poland and abroad.
