Izabela Cybul-Gruba is a member of the Business Law Team.

She gained her professional experience at Warsaw-based law firms, where she provided comprehensive legal advice to commercial companies, including ongoing corporate services as well as contract drafting and negotiation.

Her practice also focuses on litigation related to corporate disputes, including actions challenging resolutions of company bodies and disputes involving members of management boards of capital companies.
