Gabriela Gąsior

Gabriela Gąsior is a member of the Intellectual Property / E-commerce / New Technologies Team, operating under the supervision of Team Leader Karina Banaszczyk, Attorney-at-Law.

She is an attorney-at-law with experience in providing legal services to business entities, particularly in the fields of intellectual property, modern technologies, and electronic service delivery. She supports the e-commerce sector in its day-to-day operations, the implementation of new technological solutions, and expansion into new markets. Her professional experience was gained at law firms in Lublin and Warsaw.

Gabriela is the author of academic publications on copyright law and new technologies law, including:
“Reproduction of a Work in Streaming Transmission in Polish and EU Copyright Law”,
“Liability for the Actions of Artificial Intelligence under EU Law”,
and “Legal Issues of Virtual Property”.

She is also passionate about the Mandarin language and an expert and promoter of Chinese law.
