Dr Mirosław Sanek

An experienced lawyer and expert in personal data protection, compliance, and digital transformation, as well as a respected lecturer and trainer. His unique background combines experience in public administration with extensive collaboration with key business entities in Poland.

During his career, he has held several senior positions, including Deputy President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), where he was responsible for overseeing administrative proceedings.

He earned his law degree from the Jagiellonian University, Faculty of Law and Administration, and obtained his PhD in Law from Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. He is also the author of numerous academic publications and the co-author of the commentary “Implementation of the Digital Services Act in E-Commerce.”

Combining in-depth legal expertise with practical experience, he supports clients in effectively adapting to evolving legal requirements while ensuring the security and growth of their operations. In his free time, he enjoys exploring Poland by bike.
