He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.
He specializes in commercial company law, broadly understood corporate law, and M&A. He has extensive experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
For many years, he has supported clients in the processes of establishing and dissolving businesses. He also provides comprehensive legal assistance to investors and start-up founders at every stage of their projects – from financing to exit strategies.
He provided legal advisory services to a consortium of leading Spanish investors from the transport infrastructure sector.
He represents entrepreneurs, including company management board members, in court proceedings.
