Agnieszka Poteraj

Agnieszka Poteraj is an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

She has many years of experience in providing legal services to business entities, with a particular focus on labour law. In her daily practice, she advises on matters related to employee rights and obligations, working time, and remuneration. She provides guidance on termination of employment contracts, social security contributions, and personal data protection, including outsourcing and temporary employment.

Agnieszka supports HR departments in employment-related matters and assists in drafting and reviewing internal company acts, including workplace regulations and policies. She conducts and participates in labour law audits and manages audit projects. She provides ongoing expert support, overseeing the implementation of new solutions in line with evolving labour law regulations.

She also represents clients in litigation concerning civil, labour, administrative, and commercial law. She advises clients on employment-related disputes, particularly those involving mobbing and discrimination, non-compete clauses, protection of confidential information, and claims related to workplace accidents.

She graduated in Law and Canon-Civil Law from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw. In 2019, she completed postgraduate studies in Labour Law and Social Security.
