Agata Ankersztajn

Attorney-at-Law, member of the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP)

She has extensive experience in employment law and social security law, gained in leading Warsaw-based law firms specialising in advising employers. She provides legal advice on both individual and collective employment relationships, represents employers in court proceedings, redundancies and employment disputes.

She supports clients in drafting internal workplace documentation, providing ongoing assistance to HR departments and management teams. Her areas of interest also include data protection law. She has experience serving as a Data Protection Officer (DPO), assisting organisations in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, including the implementation and supervision of GDPR-compliant procedures.

She is a graduate of the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw, Faculty of Law.
